AG300 Large Angle Set

Take care of almost any cutting job with a large AG300 angle set from Angle.design – helping you to work more quickly and with a lower risk of measurement errors. Simply set the rail to the desired measurement and cut your board at exactly the bevel or angle you need. The angle set can be coupled together from its transport position in just 3–4 seconds.

You won’t need to make even a single mark with your pencil when you use our guide rail model. The bushings in the rails are precisely placed with an accuracy of a few hundredths of a millimetre, so you are guaranteed low tolerances in your finished work!

Cut your fibre gypsum boards, woodcrete boards, MDF boards, steel plates and facade insulation boards at widths of up to 40 cm, 60 cm, 90 cm or 120 cm / 16 inch, 24 inch, 35 inch or 47 inch using our various different guide rails. Or combine the different rails together to cut widths of up to 240 cm / 94 inch (remember to buy 2 pieces of TR110 Connecting piece in order to combine 3 guide rails). The main rail has a span of up to 251 cm / 99 inch, and the set comes with two mechanical end stops so that you can cut as many repetitions/sets as you need without having to measure each one individually.

If you combine the 51 cm / 20 inch guiderail together with the main rail and the end stop, you’ll get an ideal tool for cutting timber or fibre cement boards. Perfect for getting the right angle and length on the timber that you need to cut.

The larger angle set also includes a gutter bracket milling cutter that you can use as a model to mill out grooves for gutter brackets. With the gutter bracket model you can ensure the right direction for the groove, the right distance between gutter brackets and you can keep the machine steady so that the angles remains accurate.
